Locked my keys in my car with it running and spoke to a customer service rep that said a locksmith was on the way while on the phone with him. Get a text 20 minutes later that said a locksmith was finally dispatched and ETA is in an hour. I was completely lied to. Would recommend calling a different company.

1) The building key it copied does not work. 2) The machine said it was making a brass key, showed a picture of a key looking like brass. The one it spit out was Baby Blue with Polka Dots! 3) The machine was impossible to work with--said it could smooth out any lumps in my key, but then wouldn't. Kept trying to kick me off while I tried to get this feature to work. 4) Machine also confusing to work with. I went to remove my credit card because I thought it was clearly done with it. Oops. It wasn't. Due to intermittent failures immediately following this transaction, I had to get a new credit card. 5) AFTER this machine made a copy of my key, it said it had the ability to keep the memory of the copy of my key, so it could make more later. That could have been mentioned sooner. I'm almost rather alarmed thinking about that--what an unpleasant thought. I will go to Ace Hardware or someplace like it, where they copy the keys by hand and have no ability to keep a memory of my key, from now on. Good people. Ace Hardware has never let me down.
