I loved the convenience of making a new house key but after paying for 2 keys @$4 each at the beginning of the process I was offered another key for $1,49. I wish that option would have been offered sooner.

Called first to see if they could program my remote. Said I was a few minutes away. Only can talk to employee through drive thru window. They questioned who I had talked to ... Cruz guy had already left. They called him to come back. Then she asked for some info. Told her my son ordered an un-programmed remote for my birthday (senior citizen) and all I had to do was find a place to program it. Lady came back to window and very curt...said we can't program that. I asked why and she said "guy is not here and we don't have the equipment." This place is a joke..they advertise programming remotes.
