I purchased a used car that had a well- worn key. They advised me of how to get the key code from the local dealership. With that, they were able to make new keys and program them. They made sure that the new keys worked in all of the locks on the car as well as the ignition. Helpful as always. Prompt. Courteous.

Im a retired General Contractor who just bought a house in Fortuna. I came here for a small piece of wood for my mailbox. Gina the customer service rep behind the counter was rude seems she didnt have the time to even listen to what I needed. I was going ask about lumber prices for 275 ' of fence I need to build as well as my home improvements. I refuse to do business with bad attitudes. Ill take my business to Eureka.

CHARGED $18 to have 2 keys made, forced me to buy a third key, none of the keys work, safeway offered no refunds or credit, gave me a number to call to waste more of my time. DAVIDSON BROTHERS LOCK AND SAFE COST UNDER 5$ and was faster.

We had two keys cut at the local kiosk. The first key opened our door locks but did not open two gate padlocks that are keyed identically. The second key opened all of our locks, including the padlocks. I shared this information with KeyMe, and they refunded my entire purchase price for both keys. This was unexpected and it shows their dedication towards pleasing their customers. I will use this service again in the future.
