Called for emergency lockout. Dispatcher who barely spoke English took all my information & stated Technician would call back shortly with an ETA. No one ever called me. Not just that day but every day since. Called DR.LOCKS with a prompt call back& prompt arrival. Don't waste your time or money with Minute Key. These clowns couldn't even manage a booth at a flea market.

The key is working. I got it for 30.00$. It worth the money. The only problem is the material of the key is kinda cheap but that's understandable for that price.

It could have been that I did not place the key to be copied correctly, but all three copies would not work. I IM'd the support staff and they promptly gave my money back. The machine itself could be improved by letting the user know when the key's been placed correctly.

It was convenient while shopping in the grocery store. The duplicate keys were accurate and worked perfectly in the locks. The keys were a little rough around the edges but that was easily remedied. This offering was more expensive than other less convenient options, such as a hardware store or locksmith shop. It is sometimes difficult to evaluate convenience and cost

I had 2 keys cut at a local hardware store. Neither worked. I brought them back twice for re cuts, not one of the six worked. I found this company at a local grocery store, and had both keys and one other to be duplicated. All keys worked. I may pay more, but I won’t have any key cut anywhere else.
