This morning, I scheduled a front door lock replacement. They said they could make it by 2:00. When they didn’t arrive, I inquired status. They took an “emergency “ call from an auto parts store. I explained that my situation was an emergency because I can’t lock my front door. Her reply, “sorry, we have to take care of corporate accounts.” No offer to come after hours. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Originally called the 1-800# and they sent someone out in about 45 minutes who came in a personal vehicle. Shady. He then attempted to pry the door open leaving marks and damage to the door before saying he'd need to try a different method and cost more. I asked him to leave. Lock and Key was the next call and he was here in 15 minutes, used lock picks and opened the door in less than 10 seconds with no damage at all. That 1-800# is a joke. This guy knew what he was doing and did it great.
