Had a part break off inside the lock of my work truck. Mike was able to find the part needed and replace it. Excellent work and a great gentleman to work with. Great prices. Especially when it was almost 6pm. Give him a call. You won’t regret it.

I have a driver that has a key to my store so he can drop freight off in the middle of the night, needless to say he snapped the key off in the door on a Friday night, I called Cooneys on Saturday morning, I'm in Whitehall over the hill from Butte. Guy tells my i'm out of his district, but there over here all the time at the school and such. told him it's my business and I can't lock the door. Call and make an appointment Monday. called Rocky Locks in Belgrade was here in 45 minutes.

I came to this kind and helpful locksmith to have a key cut for my car. I also needed it programmed, and on principle, prefer to avoid our local dealership at all costs. In all my dealings with him, both on the phone and in person, he was so very kind, patient, and went out of his way to check in his books as to whether he would be able to help me program the key. Even though he didn’t have the capability to program my key (through no fault of his own), he walked out with me to my car to test the key and make sure it worked properly. I took my key directly to another locksmith in town who has the tool for programming car keys, and a man in front of me paid 7 times what I had just paid Paul to cut two keys. I will continue to support Paul, who clearly values customers and goes out of his way to ensure the customer is served well.
