Brad from 1st Choice was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, personable and willing to go above and beyond. Brad helped unlocked my locked car and attempted to get a dead battery out of the car for me. After leaving and returning with more tools he wasn't able too but still put forth a valiant effort. He continued further by referring me to mechanic who'd be able to help. Thank you again Brad! High recommended!

I contacted several places after my only key was locked in the running car. Not only was Brad from First Choice Lock the only one who called me back, but he was so kind, courteous and responsive. Great quality and customer service from a local business. Hope I never have to use him for this particular service again but would again in a heartbeat if I had to.

Brad and 1st Choice Lock clearly know everything there is to know about security. Small company so you get awesome, 1st class customer service. Their installs are awesome. We used them to install a fire alarm system, security system, camera system and door access system. Top Notch and Highly recommend!

I have had more than one occasion where I needed timely help with either a lock or security issues. Brad is always responsive, example I called him as he was just leaving O'hare one day and he was at my house less than 2 hours later. If you need a trustworthy local security company, Ist Choice is always your best option.
