I have used Royal Mail for years and found them to be helpful and kind. However, an important package has gone missing for my youngest child. It was a prescription send via Fed ex. It has been lost and Royal Mail has not been helpful at all in finding it. That is why I have the option of going to UPS or USPS next time or any other parcel store next time. I will be in for my refund soon.

Old school service. I went to get 1 house-key and 3 x 90's model BMW keys cut. I brought my own blank and the employee had no issue cutting the key. Very fair price and the keys work great. What else could you want from a service provider?
