My girlfriend daughter locked her keys in her car on Thanksgiving day. I called Shaw's and he came over in less than 30 minutes. He unlocked the door and didn't charged for the service call. He told her to have a happy Thanksgiving. Wow.

I would NOT recommend this company for towing services. My daughters vehicle needed to get towed from side of the road. so I set up a tow with this company who confirmed vehicle was picked up at 4:50pm. It’s now 9:30pm and vehicle has not been picked up. When I called Shaws auto service they were rude and told me I had the wrong number. Guy said “you have the wrong F** number buddy”. Shaws auto service never called to cancel or tell me to go else where. Very unprofessional.

They are not professional for car accidents they put my car into the door of the truck park on the road after the accident and want 480 for one day it happen on Sunday Monday it 480 dollars to go 4 block rip off don't use them
