I used the KeyMe machine in Kroger - my key was unusual, so it had to be mailed to me. I received it quickly and at a very reasonable price. I was in need a replacement key for my car. I contacted KeyMe Locksmiths on 06/24/2021. THEY PROVIDED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERY! I contacted them at 9:00am and they called me back at 11:00am to tell me that they couldn't get a tech to my home today. Remind you after they put the funds in my bank account on hold. The agent said that they were going to cancel the order because he did not know when they were going to be able to get someone in my area to come out. I got upset because you could of said something when I first called in this in this morning. I advised him to cancelled the order. About 10 mins later, Midori called me and was at my house within the hour. I am giving this company 5 stars because of the service and professionalism. The prices were decent and she got the job done in less than 5 mins. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is in need of a locksmith. Thank you, Midori.
