I called up Key Star Locksmith to help me install a security solution for my home. The service person was very friendly and professional. During the installation process, he took the time to educate me on the various options available, the pros and cons of each of those options, and explained the costs. He made it easy and allowed me to make my own decisions on which level of security I wanted to go with at each step of the process. There were also some minor problems left behind by the work that the previous tenant had done to the home, and the service person made adjustments right there on the spot to make sure all aspects of the security solution worked correctly.

I needed mu apartment door lock changed and a new doorknob. I received service withing a few hours of calling- fantastic! The locksmith, Demetrio, was super nice, fast and professional! He made me additional keys for the outside door as well. If i ever need a locksmith again this is the first place I'll call. Highly recommended!
