I didn't actually get a key cut by EZ. The reason I'm giving them 5 stars is that I called about a very unique car and he was open that he did not feel he had enough experience with that key specifically and promptly sent me two local recommendations for OTHER shops who he thought could help! I will definitely try him again in the future if I have an issue, because that is top notch caring about the customer!
