Completed the job despite encountering some unexpected complications - we live in a very old home and had just moved in when we needed a lock change so we weren't familiar with the needs of the house. Just inserted the key, copy was made in a minute 3 dollars fair price compared to 7 dollars at an other outlet. Key working..! would suggest Minute Key for any one to copy keys! Since no print out receipt is there, they need the email for the receipt to be sent, if we pass the step we call and give details about location where the key made and payment details, they quickly send a receipt by email.
