Great service! I called ahead of time to ensure they had the right equipment for my classic car. Dave answered all of my questions (plus gave me info I didn’t know to ask) and gave me a very reasonable quote. The driver (Chris) showed up the following day on time and took great care of my car while explaining what he was doing and why.

our truck had been stranded in chili’s parking lot over night. We were promised two company’s would help out and they failed. I called Stellas and Dave listened to my situation, apologized for our troubles and had someone to me within the hour! Chris came and took such great care putting our truck on the tow and bringing it back home. Highly recommend this company! The customer service was amazing!! Thank you guys for helping us out. We appreciate it so much!

This company changed my locks. The price was competitive with other company's that I called. I chose them because there were no hidden fees. The reason for a lower rating is when I locked myself out, the call center reps were rude and impatient with questions. They did not specify a fee to get in and stated the tech would tell me when he arrived. He also couldn't or wouldn't tell me. So I had to wait for over an hour not knowing if the price would be out of my range when I had a spare key at a relative's house an hour away. I tried to explain that my lock job was on file and the tech also asked the type of lock etc but still no price was given. This makes no sense and seems that the tech can set the price to whatever he/ she wants. I was hung up on twice while trying to get an answer to this questions and I was nit being ruse in any way so that was def. not called for. Not to mention that I have work that has to be done by a deadline and not knowing if I'll accept the cost or not is taking away time I could be putting myself in a better situation to meet my deadline. Before this situation I was going to use this company to upgrade my locks, but I have now decided to go with someone else.

I received a phone call approx 30 minutes before showing up. Tech was super courteous and polite while in our home. Work was done quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend the Flying Locksmiths to anybody.
