It was a commercial location so it was imperative that the issue would be resolved very promptly . It was like watching a painter painting a masterpiece. I had such a great experience using Ted Hall Locksmith. They sent over one of their workers, Tom B if I remember correctly, and he was great. Not only did he fix what I needed repaired with ease, quickly, and they look as good as knew. But he was also very personable and we ended up chatting almost the entire time he was working - fully masked and distant of course. Very respectful of COVID and its restrictions, I felt safe the entire time. I would highly recommend this business. They are time efficient and cost efficient.
