Our key broke off in the front door and we tried to fix it ourselves... turns out it wasn't as easy as we thought, and needed the lock to be re-installed (the correct way). Ygal was super responsive, efficient, and professional. He arrived earlier than anticipated (bonus!) and charged us half the price of what the other locksmiths were quoting us on google . Highly recommend!

Made keys for home, machine was easy to use and all key copies worked perfectly. System is easy to use, just follow directions. Keys are a little more expensive than some locations but the convenience was worth it. Could offer a few more selections in designer keys.

I went to the best locksmith in town and was willing to pay whatever it took because I was down to one car key for my Lexus!!! I was shocked that this kiosk could actually make the key and they both worked when they arrived. I am impressed with this service. Thank you so much!!!!

The website said my model worked but when I tried it out it didn't and it just led me through a series of upsells with them trying to sell me a $500 key fob instead of the $30 key copy I was after
