I called them to changed the locks in my house and they're incredible, super kind technician, changed my lock very quick and put me a very nice and safe lock, they're so trustable and so kind. Entirely unreliable. I called to get service for my car keys. Dispatcher said technician will call me shortly to give me his eta and price quote. It's been a week and I never got a call. Would not want to depend on them for emergency situations.

Their contract worker took more than 75- min. to my house. Even I informed them my gas burner was on. The shop said the service fee was $20 plus amount the worker would charge after he did the job. After less 10-min. work, the work wanted to charge $120 plus $29.99 service fee.
