I called needing a commercial lock replaced with keys. Within 20 minutes he was here and installing. A few minutes later and I'm good to go. I've been putting this off for a year and a half thinking it was complicated. Who knew how easy it was for him to come in and do this for us. Would highly recommend! Wish I had called him sooner. The technician could have been more professional. I understand buying a key fob from a third party is a risk but he was able to "sync" to my car. I felt he was more concerned with protecting himself than meeting my needs. He did "program" the duplicate key fob for my 2013 Honda Accord but I felt the process was rushed. I didn't even get a receipt! I should have asked for one! I gave him credit for being candid with me but only God knows if he was being honest. I can't recommend Key Man because of the service and how I was treated.
