I read the reviews for this business which is what led me to go there to have a spare key made and programmed for my car. While I waited, I overheard the staff mention that the fob was not fitting properly and the other staff respond “that’s ok, they may never use it”. I later asked the staff if there was an issue with the key not fitting. He denied this saying “no, it’ll be ok”. I went home and tried the spare key. The spare key got stuck in the slot as it was slightly larger than the original. It took 10-15 minutes to get the key out. I brought it back to the store. The owner, in an angry tone, asked me why did I use the key. I maintained my cool and politely asked for a refund. I pointed out the size of the key not matching my key. He then offered to order the smaller key that may fit my car and call me when it arrives. He told me to hold on to the spare and we could swap when it arrives. I declined, requested a refund and asked to be called. I was disappointed in the way I was treated and that they knowingly sold me a key that did not fit. The 3 star rating is generous because the price for the key was far less than dealership prices. Not sure if anyone else was treated this way by them but truly disappointed!!!!

Called in this morning around 10a, I was at the time, locked out of my car with no spare. Paul was at my house and had everything all set quicker than I could have ever hoped for! Great price, great people & very efficient! Everything you need when you lose your keys!
