I needed to change the old lock on the door to a stockroom closet. He replaced it quickly, and you can't tell the other one had to be indifferent. I left a message for locksmith, and he called me back after few hours. His services charge was very reasonable and I would suggest him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

I called this company on Tuesday asking if they could help me fix an issue I have on with the lock on my office door. I was asked all of my information and was told I would get a phone call from one of their technicians. No one called on Tuesday. Today, Wednesday I called again at 4pm. After I got transferred to 2 different agents I was finally told that they couldn't help me. When I asked, why couldn't they help me I was hung up on. Completely unprofessional business. Terrible experience! Needless to say that I will not be calling this business ever again.
