This is where I go for any key issues. If the shop is not open, I just give a call. This time, i broke a key in a lock. He was able to come extract the broken tip of the key from the lock. I took the little piece to him at the shop later and he made a perfect copy. Always great expertise and easy to contact.

It was the last week of April when I stopped in looking to get 3 keys copied - one for a storage cabinet and two for padlocks. I was told that he didn't have the correct blanks in stock, but should have them within a few days (likely by the weekend). When I returned on Monday, he told me he had forgotten which blanks were needed. This time he wrote down the information he needed - including my contact info (after I asked when I should come back) - promising he would call when he had the blanks. That was the first week of May and it's now the second week of June - just about 6 weeks have passed and I haven't heard from him. Fortunately I was able to find another place to get the keys copied.

Amazing service!!!!!! I locked myself out of the house with my daughter at 8am in the middle of the winter and he was at my house within 15 min!! Had my door unlocked in 2 min AND made me laugh! Will use again and would recommend! Thank you for the quick service!!
