Before the actual process started, there weren't very complex directions to explain how it works, what my design options would be or a price guide so I didn't use the kiosk. I then went onto the website & again there was not any more in depth explanation. It was the same information as the kiosk, unless I missed something, which I don't think I did.

Very good, quick service, lousy prices. Sunday morning job, tech couldn't open lock because of kind. Took drill and reamed out and $257 later opened door. Maybe here 15 minutes.

This was my very first visit ever, and I was blessed with having the best help ever from Joseph Hudson, who within five minutes, programmed my 2011 VW key fob. I had been trying to get it programmed for months, and had no idea that a place that sells batteries and bulbs was capable of doing it for a very reasonable price. The dealership wanted $150, another place wanted $80, with no guarantee it would even work. Mr. Hudson had no doubt it would work, and he was absolutely correct. I highly recommend this place.
