I totally got scammed by this company. I was locked out - he couldn't pick the locks (deadbolt and door) so he drilled them and charged me for new locks.

I hear they’re very helpful, but I wouldn’t know because they closed 2 minutes before 5. Don’t they know that the guy showing up right before closing is often the one most in need? And Google says they’re open till 5:30. Off to Home Depot...

Service has been poor lately, they regularly don’t have what your looking for so I generally call before heading here. This time I called to ask if they carry quickrete and the associate said yes. When I arrived 10 minutes later they didn’t have it, the. All 4 associates stood around arguing who I had spoken to. I hate using the big names but I will use Home Depot from now on

Besides the fact that everyone is so friendly and personable, the service I received exceeded my expectations. i dropped off a ripped screen this morning at 8am and i just received a phone call that it was ready. it took less than an hour.. most places make you wait weeks for screen repair.. thank you Jimmy! well appreciated.
