My Key was stolen and so this company was able to make me a new key set. They were super fast, unbelievably nice, and super understanding and really worked with me since so many of my things were missing! Eric told me he’d It done in an hour and had It made in 30.

Not much to tell. I called to find out about a certain issue with my car, and whoever answered the phone was very rude. The guy answered the phone, "YEAH?" then after I explained what I needed he said to me, "If you want that fixed, you need to bring it in. We don't come out for that.", which is completely illogical. IT WAS MY CAR, DUH! That's fine, I was able to get a wonderful company to come fix my problem, charged me half of what Big D said they would if I brought it in, and gave me a 20% discount card for future services. I'm in Berkley and he's in Waterford, but that's fine. I would rather give my money to a sincere young person, who cares about what he does, and his customers. Those old men at Big D can be as nasty as they want. I certainly will never call them again!
