Had an alarm installed from another alarm shop and refused to go back due to their poor customer service. I took the van to transponder city where I recently had a remote start done on my wife’s vehicle and had an awesome experience. The guys were extremely busy but still managed to get my van fixed extremely quick and inexpensive. These guys are very honest and great at their craft.

Its a great way to get and keep your keys on file but the machine congratulations you won a free key but I still got charged for it how is that free ?
