I give no stars. Absolute horrible customer service EVER. I was told the tech was in Plant City and available. I made sure of it because I was assisting my elderly Mother who lives there and I live far away. The tech calls and says he's 40 mins away (that eventually turned into another 45 that went to 3 hours. I called and cancelled at this point) I ask why? he's in Lakeland he responds. That's all he can say. I call the main company back like "hey, you said the tech was in Plant City and available he is not." I will save all you potential customers the 3 hours of details but I called in multiple times with no direct answers and a whole lot of I don't understand, we'll call you right back we are going to clear this up, stay close to your phone bla bla bla....I never received one phone call back. I spoke to a new person every time who acted like they were hired to be the bulldog secretary of the company and not provide customer service. The seventh time I called to speak to a manger for the 3rd time I was hung up on. I finally got through on the 8th call I believe to a manager. I spoke with Jeney and she had just come on to her shift and she states she will be looking in to these calls and situation today. I hope she does. I will still however be writing a letter to their corporate offices. This is horrible, the lack of communication between the call center to the tech and the notes the representatives should be taking when you is nothing but pathetic. I'm quite certain there are a few good employees there but the standards of operation are lack of a better word "lacking." Do yourself a favor and pay the little extra money and go with a locally owned business. I'm sure any one would be better then this non-sense. I called another company and the guy was there in 10 mins and my mother was in her A/C while I was on my last telephone call with Jeff Locksmith & Keys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT STRESS IN AN ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATION.
