I took my phone to Batteries Plus for a battery replacement. The clerk had advised me on an earlier visit that he had experience doing this type of phone. I brought the phone in and the clerk said that he had a video that showed him how to do it; I explained that I also watched some videos and that if he was unsure about the job that it would be no problem for me to take it elsewhere or do it myself. He said no problem, he was experienced and knew how how to do it. Id' never done it before so I left it to the "experienced" Upon returning to pick up the phone I was informed that he had broken the screen. I could see the pry marks where he tried to force the screen off instead of working around the sides to gently remove it. He became confrontational and abusive as I appeared a bit unhappy that he broke my phone. I was now facing over a week without my phone missing important calls, business , family etc. I lost a lot. When I inquired about the 30 dollar charge the clerk said "I did the work" I made contact with David Sullivan the owner. He wouldn't even let me speak, burying my every sentence with confrontational language and belligerence. No regard whatsoever for the massive inconvenience. Refusing to hear my experience he cut me off stating that "It's a work day and you have to call me after 7 if you want to discuss it. Imagine the "work" I was forced to miss. His concern was more centered around what the repair costs to himself was than treating the customer fairly.

I walked in and Dave was super friendly he figured out the problem with my phone right away and was able to help me immediately. Great customer service he also showed me how to fix the same issue if it were to happen in the future. Would definitely go back if I had another issue.

I was working in Prescott and I stopped by at Home Depot in Prescott Valley to exchange my Milwaukee jobsite m18 radio . Needless to say I left my keys on the seat and the back up set in the middle console . I had to get to work . I called a locksmith and they called me back . I called my company to explain and all was good . He had the door open and I was in good hands . Thank you for saving the day . I almost started to give up and break the window but that's when they called me back . He got there within a good time and I didn't wait long . You were a blessing that day and hope you continue everyday.

The people at Norms are very professional and know what they are talking about. I have a 1966 ford falcon with no keys. Took in the lock and within a few minutes and working locks and 2 new keys made. Super happy I get to use the locks that came original from the car, and not some reproduction part.
