George was great. We called someone else at Friday night at 730 pm and was told they'd be to our place at 10 pm. At 930 they called to say they would maybe arrive at 11 pm or perhaps Saturday morning. Then called George and he was to our place within 20 minutes. Took him about 2 minutes to get our door unlocked. Thanks George.

This is the man to call when you need immediate help getting in when you’ve locked yourself out. George answers the phone in the first place, which is very reassuring when you find yourself in this predicament. Then he shows up when he says he will — which is pretty quickly! I have used Village Key for many years and always got exceptional service along with a friendly face. The guys they sent out were always top-notch, efficient and friendly. I called for service in April of 2021 and was told by the person who handles the receivables that I had a bad debt that I never paid from January 2020. I was devastated because I've never not paid them when they came. This female was about as ugly as they could get over the phone. She refused me service. I always paid cash for my services and I can't get to my receipt because they are in storage as I had a new house built. Whatever the issue is I can guarantee that it is a mistake of some sort either on their end or mine but I wasn't given a chance to discuss that. It's a shame that I have to sever a relationship with Village Key over one Nasty Nancy (not her real name). Ruining she is ruining the reputation of Village Key, no doubt. 😥

We needed an alarm system and surveillance system for our business. I got a couple quotes and ended up going with village key and alarm because they had the best price. They helped me through several options and explained everything to me so that I understood what I was purchasing. They did the install for both, and their technicians were always on time, called ahead, and were courteous and helpful. Even when I had questions about the alarm app on my phone a week later, they helped walk me through it again. My husband ended up using them for his system as well and we have continue to refer their service to others. I highly recommend Village key and alarm!
