Your key fob is a little confusing. After the purchase it should say something like thank you for your purchase and your keys will be mailed to you. I didn't know this and was waiting for it to cut my keys. Thank god you guys offer the free plain key with the purchase so I was able to get a key that day. I was just upset because i thought the machine shorted me. I didn't know until I checked my email that the keys would come in the mail. So a receipt or note at the end of the purchase would have been nice. Thanks
