I'm giving zero stars because they didn't even try to serve my family. We were locked out of a car and they were going to charge $300. We found another locksmith that did it for $170.

Even though I realized I put my original key in the wrong way the key that was made fits. It was my fault and I have to move the key around a little for it to work, but it works.

Do not call this place. They don't offer a quote for a replacement car key even AFTER ASKING FOR ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION, including the LOCATION of the vehicle. The whole system is really weird. I needed a replacement car key for a 2001 toyota , with no chip or key fob. They wouldn't quote me. Some random person called me back with an OUTRAGEOUS quote upwards of $200. While I'm on the phone trying to figure out how I can get my car out of a parking lot without the key, this company kept calling and calling and calling and calling..........leaving no voicemail. I was able to answer and politely decline their outrageous quote and ended the call. They called me back immediately and asked me , basically, how much I could afford if I couldn't afford their offer. I found this really creepy. The Toyota service center in santee had me a key made for $20 out the door in 15 min or less. A few days after this incident, the company called me again and when I informed them that I took care of the situation, the woman on the phone said "oh" and hung up on me. I'd never deal with this company again. Ever.
