I thought I needed to get towed since my car wasn't starting. Technician showed up quickly & he was very helpful about my situation. I told him I put my car battery in myself a few days ago & he offered to take a courtesy look at it real quick since it was late & I had my daughter with me. He noticed that my battery terminal was loose.. He tightened it & my car instantly started up no problem. Unfortunately, I no longer needed to use his service for a tow (sorry for wasting your time), but he did all of this within a few minutes & I really appreciate it tons for his generosity & kindness! Thank you so much!!!
