Do not follow through on scheduled service calls, don't call to advise they coudn't make it. Nothing. Then they don't answer when you call to follow up. Don't waste your time with this company.

After searching for hours and driving to several stores I stopped at Maine Hardware for a plumbing repair issue... Within minutes Chuck had identified the part I needed, that was correct and easy to install!! He only had 2 instead of the 3 I needed so he special ordered the 3rd for me!! Could not have been more impressed with the customer service, knowledge and the experience!! Truly great!!

This is the best hardware store around! They have everything, and if it's not there they will find it and get it there! Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. I won't go anywhere else for small tools, hardware or plumbing accessories!
