Do not follow through on scheduled service calls, don't call to advise they coudn't make it. Nothing. Then they don't answer when you call to follow up. Don't waste your time with this company.

I made three keys and only one out of the three worked. I’m frustrated because I splurged for the Darth Vader key and it did not work in the lock.

The lock to my house is very finicky with copied keys. Usually they don't work that well. I used this machine to make 3 copies and each of them worked as flawlessly as the original key. I'll definitely use it again.

First time user, the experience was pleasant and the keys all worked. Interested in knowing more about the electronic saving of the key scan for future use. Glad I did not have to find someone in the aisle who may or may not be versed about key making. I am 100% happy.
