Do not follow through on scheduled service calls, don't call to advise they coudn't make it. Nothing. Then they don't answer when you call to follow up. Don't waste your time with this company.

Everything a hardware store should be! Like stepping back in time before the era of big box stores. Great, knowledgeable customer service, and they’re just as willing to help you look for that one pesky screw as with shopping for a pricier item. Highly recommended! And because they help with the screw, I try to buy more expensive items there whenever possible!
