I called them up early in the morning before work, they advertise they can get to you in "10 minutes". They send some kid named Ameen or something who does more damage to my car than help. I recommend you all focus on customer service skills and being straight with people as far as time. I called to get quick service, not twiddle my fingers and wait.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service that I received from battery Plus bulbs. They came out to my house changed out my golf cart batteries. Without saying a word filled up the tires and cleaned up all the connections around the battery. This is well over and beyond what was expected. I can honestly say this was the best service I've ever had from any company. I'm sure every location is different because they have different owners. This particular owner is amazing. I forgot to get his name but I definitely want everybody to know the Sun City center battery Plus bulbs is run by great management and a great owner. Good luck in the future I will certainly come back again.

We were having some troubles with our golf cart batteries, and Don came to our rescue! He even did a home visit, which is a huge plus for us as we don't have the means to transport our cart. He was highly knowledgeable, and showed me step by step what the issue was. Don went above and well beyond with changing out a battery on my motorcycle this morning. My bike had additional connections on the battery and Don kept them all separated and organized to ensure they were connected to the new battery correctly. What a great addition to the area. Been a Batteries Plus customer for years and glad to have a store locally. If you have not been to one in years, you need to check it out. They are heavy on the plus part...they not only sell batteries but some awesome LED flashlights, chargers etc. Don, the manager, saved me hundreds of dollars repairing two car remotes that I thought were ruined. Him and his team do some great repair work!
