The receptionist, T, is EXTREMELY unprofessional. After screaming and cursing at her peers, she cursed and screamed at us while we were trying to retrieve our vehicle. When we attempted to walk away, due to her inappropriate and disrespectful choice of words, she followed us to the car continuing to yell and scream. I am disappointed that this behavior is tolerated within the business. Sycamore Place, an apartment complex that predominantly rents to University students should not have a contract with this business. When we requested a detailed receipt, T denied us access to it, after quoting three different prices. As our frustrations grew, we attempted to work with another staff member. When we asked to speak to a manager, T continued to yell and scream, advising that she was there until a certain time and we had to deal with her. Upon arriving to this establishment, T was screaming and yelling prior to us entering the building, due to confusion over a parking spot. T is disrespectful, lacks communication skills and has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. This organization and their leadership team should be embarrassed that this is who represents their business! I hope this staff is offered training, to acquire the skills to run this business appropriately and effectively.
