A few days ago my daughter had a key made and I was impressed with the result. Today I had three keys made and they came out with burrs hanging off the cut areas. I just gave them a scrub with a with brush and they were fine but I wonder if it’s a maintenance issue with the mechanism in the kiosk.

Worst business in ventura. Do not use this company!! Took 3 hours to change out one lock, they show up 2 hours late. The new 300.00 lock replacement never worked right after they installed. Had no business cards, no phone number on receipt. Called multiple times to come fix what they did, hangs up when attempting to have them come look at the problem. Do not use this company. The worst customer service.

They came in less then 10 mins opened it in less than 10 mins and gave me a new key for free only 121$ for the service and was very polite! Thankyou guys!
