zack was very friendly service over the phone and in person. Upon inspection he told me the ignition lock was perfectly fine and it’s something more internal I needed a mechanic for. He didn’t charge me anything at all which was wonderful. He could have charged me for anything but he didn’t. He was friendly and honest and explained in detail what happened. I appreciate the service and will only call this company for any future needs.
