5 stars for the great technician arrived at mt flat!! I was really stressed out about the completion of work in time since I had to leave for the official tour at 7 pm. Glad!! The guy installed new locks within just an hour(5 pm to 6 pm), and he left the house after illustrating how automated locks work. I'm thrilled with his level of professionalism.

There are two types of local small businesses in my opinion... The ones that treat you like family, are knowledgeable, and are pleasant and kind. As if they appreciate the community. Then there are ones that act as if they are doing you a favor, are rude and dismissive, and have a "what do you want from me" mentality. This business is the second. What's worse... certain people are treated well. Others are treated badly. And there certainly seems to be a pattern. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

Very straight and to the point. I walked in said hello and good morning.. Got no greeting back.. Just a what do you need. Im not asking to be friends or have a casual chit chat but just any type of greeting would have been nice. He made the keys i paid and I left.. He did it quick handed them over and a good bye.
