I live in nashville Tennessee and went out there to see some friends, lost my BMW key, called all the locksmiths in town and none of them could come out and help me out with my key lost situation, called premier locksmith and Nick came out in no time and made me 2 smart keys right there in the spot, highly recommended and very affordable. Called to make a spare key. $30 they asked to make 2 min cut in blank key. I asked why so expensive when others charge $5-$7. Dropped the call from their side. Very rude! I have to forget about this business as nightmare experience.

Reliable and dependable professionals: Nick came to my place on a very hot Friday at around 4p, he spoke little but knew what he was doing. My case was complicated as it required a long software update. He patiently stood in the hot car for over 1h during the update, then programmed the new key fob, cut the key in his van, and in as little as 2h my issue was solved. Best parts: they drove to my house and price was half of what the dealer asked! Highly recommended.

I reached out on a Saturday early afternoon and by late afternoon my daughter’s Lexus R450 hybrid, had a spare key made to keep for emergencies, new programmed key fob, and a new cut key for inside the fob. My daughter awoke to find her car had locked completely overnight and her cheap aftermarket fob (that came with the car when bought used) stopped working after giving her so much trouble.
