My apartment manager is super unresponsive so after an hour of waiting I called Miami Doors and Locks and Alex helped us get in within 20 minutes of calling. He was super nice and the service was reasonably priced. I called to get a quote and was charged that amount whereas I've heard other places tend to tack on additional hidden fees. Definitely recommend since most of the other locksmiths I found quoted around twice as much as Nova charges.

I used Miami doors for the first time. I needed my door entry lock to be fixed and soft close hardware to be installed on several doors. Spoke to Maria who was extremely professional, polite and responsive. The job was scheduled within minutes. Installer Lewis came with all the right hardware and installed very efficiently.
