I used a kiosk at a grocery store. The key was made quickly and is of good quality.

Loved this machine! We went to a key copier at walmart and it said that my key was unable to be copied but when we tried Keyme it worked perfectly and only took like two minutes for the whole process, and the key worked for my building! Also think it’s super cool that they do vehicle keys. I’m about the get a new jeep so my boyfriend and I will be using it to copy his car and my jeep key as to have access to each other’s vehicles and have a spare key for lock outs or lost keys! Plus they can ‘save your key’ so if you somehow lose you copy you can just run to Kroger or whatever and have a new one made in minutes. Love keyme!

Dealt with this company on two occasions this week. The first time, someone was parked in the spot we pay for. We called and they said it would probably be several hours and that we should just wait and let them know if the car moved. Very disappointed, as that meant we had to find street parking and our expensive spot (in a lot they monitor) was simply not ours for the night. However, we understood maybe they were incredibly busy at 10pm and were experiencing unprecedented levels of towing. A few days later, today, we run down from our apartment because we see they are here towing our car parked in the spot that we pay for. We explained the situation and showed our parking pass (that, admittedly, had not been displayed in the window). He did not care. $150 to release our car on the spot or he can tow it for $350. And we have “two minutes” to run upstairs and grab the money. Tow companies should not operate in the “gotcha!” fashion, trying to squeeze every penny out of people who are PAYING FOR THEIR PARKING SPOT because of a misunderstanding. Their primary focus should be actually removing cars who were parked improperly, like we wanted and did not get from them several days ago. I realize profit is the point of owning a company, but I found this to be incredibly sleazy and shady and greedy to take our money because of a misunderstanding. How lucky for the other residents of the building that he chose our car first and that we noticed because as he began to hook up another car (that then went through the same situation of them running down and paying the $150 to park in the spot that they own), two other apartments moved their cars and avoided the fine. I will make a point to call any other company if I ever need a tow in the future and would be happy to pay higher prices for a company that operates with an ounce more dignity. (Also, apparently Milan, Brewers, and Stadium all operate under the this company as well.)

Very bad customer service. I did call regarding some questions for a project, the guy who answered me was very rude to me. He just listened to my first question then he said "I am not intrested" and did hung up on me. This is not the correct way to do a business. Unfortunately, there are such a worker working in a customer service without having any skills or knowledge of how to serve a customers. Finally, my advice to this company is to do a re-staffing and find correct workers to answer their phone call.
