I agree with the previous reviews - Baldino's is now the go-to locksmith for affordable car key duplication (programming and cutting) services. Baldino's Annapolis had no problem duplicating my Honda and Lexus smart keys, for 40% or less than the cost of car dealers. I had two smart keys cut and programmed in 20 minutes! Friendly crew (Nick) too - this locksmith shop rocks!

Ray, Nick, And Christopher were awesome. I had called various lock smith companies and even tried a hardware store to duplicate a key to no avail. Once I came in, From the minute I walked in, they were attentive and tried diligently to find the replacement I needed. They made sure I left satisfied and their prices are very reasonable. While technician was quick and efficient, had it known it would be $195 dollars to simply clean out a broken lock, I would have gone to Home Depot and put a whole new door lock in for 40 bucks. Took the technician 10 minutes to get the broken key lock out and then said that will be $195. They should have told me the charge or estimate before coming out, and I would have said no thanks. Why not charge $300, $400 or any arbitrary number if you do not disclose beforehand?? Shame on me for not asking upfront, but a ten minute broken key lock clean out for 195 is insane. I will not use them again or recommend. Go elsewhere or if you at least use them, ask for charges in writing up front.
