Called on the run about taking the lock off my hitch because I misplaced the key. Came to the shop and Billy came out and promptly took the look off and attempted to re-key. Told him not to worry about it it as it would likely cost me more than a new lock. He agreed. Now, will he was working, I chatted him up and found him to be friendly. He even told me about his background - gosh I wish I was a locksmith. Anyhow, he is locked down town Winter Garden towards Dillard so getting in and out is easy. He runs a full service locksmith shop and even sells gun safes and accessories. I will continue to support his business so long as I receive this same stellar customer service and I no reason to believe otherwise. Stop in!

No show and now call for appointment. Scheduled a time ahead. Had to keep a vehicle off the road for an entire day so I could get an extra key I really needed for our fleet truck. So figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. Called them and no response until the following day. Very busy and had called around some other places. They didn’t have key in stock. So figured I would give them a second chance. Said they could stop by in the afternoon after 4pm. Called them at 4:30 to find out what the status was. Says he was down the street and be there in 15 minutes was on his way. So I waited and stayed at work later to get it done. 5:00 still no show when he was only ten minutes away. So I waited 30 minutes for nothing and he was never on his way. Not being honest. Says sorry no real reason other than very busy. Well if your busy let people know and give them a window of time. No respect for my time and I’m just as busy too! Would not use this company in the future. Obviously I was not important to them. Need to go elsewhere

Locksmith showed up to my house in under 10 minutes and made me a new remote key. The price beat every other locksmith i called and he was available immediately. Hopefully i dont need a locksmith again, but if i do im calling this one.

Active lock has gone out of their way to try to help me with the problem I have with my 1985 Harley Davidson Electra Glide ignition switch key. They have not fixed it yet but I am waiting for them to get back with me. Ron told me he needed to do some research to make sure he had a blank before he could come and press me a new key. I tried to contact him and first got his son who was very helpful and gave me Ron number. I would recommend active lock to all my friends and family.

Was available immediately, rekeyed 3 doors, 4 locks and gave us 3 copies. Had to rebuild the smart locks since we didn't have the original and one lock was broken anyway. He was knowledgeable, friendly, focused and not expensive.
