I've been here twice and either I just came at the exact wrong time or the place is always filthy. Once I was going in to buy some clothing and the clothing was in complete disarray (unfolded or on the floor between racks). Another time I went in for a bit of hardware and it looked like a toddler had arranged the aisle.

Tried calling them to get a key made for my truck. Was told I would get a call back in 5-10 minutes..... 5 different times. Nobody ever called back from this company. Twice I was told that manager would be calling me back within 5-10 minutes. Nobody bothered to call back. Avoid this company.

Really surprised this company doesn't have outstanding reviews. We got scammed by 2 other companies before finding Top Notch. They were upfront about the costs and the scope of work that they were going to provide. The technician Ali was professional and friendly. I was in a tough spot when a new key I had cut at Home Depot got stuck in the front door lock. I needed to leave but could not. I did not want to leave the door open. I needed a locksmith asap. I called this guy and he picked up the phone and told me he was on the other side of town and would be there in 3 hours. He arrived ahead of time, completed the task and his price was reasonable. He has a well equipped van with parts and tools. I will call Top Notch if I need a locksmith again.

Before contacting this company I reached out to the dealership I purchased my vehicle at to see how much they'd charge to make me a new key(only needed a new fob). I was quoted $130/key and $90 in labor which brought the total to $220 for an original, not an aftermarket key. I then called around and found Top Notch Locksmith that quoted me $185. Which I thought was a fair price, the guy showed up cut and reprogrammed the key, then gave me one that has a trunk mechanism on it(told me it was the only one he had that would work all the functions of the vehicle) I own a truck, with a bed, NOT a trunk. THEN COMES THE TOTAL $210.00, I asked why the increase and he tells me there is a service charge( spoke with the man twice and confirmed the total cost TWICE, never not once did he state there was a service charge). I told him that makes me angry because I am now stuck with an aftermarket key that feels cheap as can be, when I could have gone to the dealer and paid $10 more for a FORD key without the trunk button. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, what they quote you and what you pay will not add up and the product you receive will feel cheap and look as though it could fall apart any minute.

Alex did a great job is replacing the lock of my house door and mailbox (after my duplicate keys got stolen). He is pretty approachable and didn't mind coming later in the evening (6:30 pm) to do the work. He also replaced each lock in about 15 - 30 mins like an expert and gave me the new keys (along with the old key to test the lock). I would recommend Ali & Top Notch Locksmiths for replacing locks as they are quite honest and professional in their work.

400$ and we had the key. Just needed programming and cutting. Charged us 140 for a title search,, even though we had the title in hand. Was told he couldn’t tell price until he was done. We were stuck because he had the key we had purchased. 400$. Avoid this company.
