After moving to Asheville from Oregon on Tuesday, my brother found himself on Wednesday with a car key that would not get out of the lock position. Brian came out himself - after making a key from a pic - because his employees were busy. He had my brother and I going within a couple minutes. AND when he found out my brother had just moved there he did not charge us anything. We so appreciate it. My brother already made an appointment to take his car in for a more permanent solution. Love Buncombe Lock and Key!!

After losing my vehicle keys recently, and paying a different locksmith what seemed like an overly excessive price to make a single key, I ordered a couple blank keys (with chip) from Amazon for $12, erroneously thinking I could just go to Lowe's and have them cut. This was not the case. Lowe's wanted me to purchase their blank vehicle keys for $75 each and would have charged additionally for cutting and programming the keys. Buncombe Lock and Key charged less than half of what I would have paid at Lowe's and were really amiable and accomodating in the process. I plan to call them for all of my lock and key needs. Really excellent service!

Brian is very professional. I needed a spare key fob made for a vehicle that is no longer in production and he was able to order the fob, and have the programming done all within about 4 days from the day I received the price quote. From the first call, to leaving with the finished product, only took one week. Pricing is very reasonable!! The car dealership wanted $500, Buncombe Lock & Key only charged me around $289. I traveled from Henderson county to their shop in Asheville, and will absolutely use their services again! You will not be disappointed.

I bought 2 key fobs online for my f150 and I went here to have them copied (physically and electronically) and they were crazy cheaper than the dealership. Did a great job too doing exactly what they said they would do.
