I called Teds Lock and Key today with an urgent need for a key made. They took my address and information of the car and assured me they would arrive to unlock the car and have it made within the hour. As I am sitting and waiting for them to arrive it got to almost right at 5, their closing time . I call them to check in on when they would be arriving only to find out that they don’t even have the correct key for the car and NO ONE called me back to inform me that or told me when I gave them the information. Because they mislead me , the other lock smiths in the area are now closed and I am going out of town for a week having to leave things I needed for the trip in my car which I was told they would open. I am livid and I would recommend the person who mislead me, James ,call me back and personally apologize . DO NOT GO HERE.

I used this at my local Lowe’s. Super easy and fast. Checked keys once home and all worked like they should. Payment options right there so no need to use a checkout register. I had to get two keys made and to my surprise, I was given an option for a free key. If you need a key look for this in your local Lowe’s. Highly recommend.
