After driving through a construction area, I ended up with two flat tires. I was stranded. Hurt roadside did a great job! I had a four hour drive ahead of me. I was so thankful how well we were taken care of. I was able to continue my trip and not have to wait or get a hotel room! I would highly recommend this service to anyone with car troubles in the Atlanta Metro area! Thanks again!!!

If you live in Metro Atlanta and HURT Roadside Assistance is not your go to when having car trouble, you are doing something wrong! The HURT team is very professional, they were quick to respond, and took care of my car issue in a timely fashion. Unlike other roadside assistance services, they did more than just jump start my car and send me on my way. The technician took his time to check my battery voltage, and insure that my car not only turned on but was working properly. Will definitely use this service again in the future!

This company provided THEE WORST customer service!! On June 5, 2021, I contacted this company around 10:00 AM. After having a conversation about the services they offer , a representative gave me a ETA of about 25 to 30 minutes. There was no show after one hour. Then, I proceeded to text the representative but there was no response. At 1:30, I reach back out to the company(still no show ).I asked representative why he did not communicate about the time delay he eventually hung up on me and blocked my phone number. Communication is key in business! 🔴HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! 🔴

Great experience and highly recommend… we had just left the zoo when our tire went flat and stranded us on the side of the road with no spare. Larry came out, very nice and professional and had us going again quickly! Thanks so much for your help!

If I could give zero stars I would. Down right horrible customer service. I ask for a tire plug, could not correctly hear the price. And the representative thinks I am “hesitating,” and was assuming that in regards to how I felt about the price. Then proceeds to block my number. Wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone else and if the company tries to respond to this review, they clearly trying to make themselves look good. Good luck. 🤫
