He was very honest, transparent, and clear about what fixes were necessary. He let me know exactly what what he was doing and what was needed. The tech was done within 15-20 minutes. I believe they've been in business for over two decades, and it's no wonder! Dependable, trustworthy, fast.

Very unprofessional. Tech gave me a 30 min eta. Called after an hour and gave BS excuse his car battery died. When I called the office they said he was finishing up another job and would be headed to be when done. From the looks this company just subs out the job and leave it to the sub to handle customer support. Lying about eta and making up phony stories is ridiculous. Won’t use again. He also charged $20 over what I was told I’d pay.

I am extremely satisfied with Safeguard locksmith. We just purchased a new property for our business and needed all of the locks replaced, some rooms we were locked out of, some doors needed to be fixed because they weren't staying shut properly and this company was able to get this done without issue and fast! We received all brand new locks and hardware and they were also able to master key all of our locks for each different department. Exceptional customer service straight through until the end. They were able to knowledgeably answer all of our questions and their workmanship is outstanding as well. It's hard to find that right company who treats you well and provides a great service, but Safeguard is the one. We will be using them going forward and I very much recommend their services.

DO NOT GET SERVICED WITH THIS COMPANY. I called for a lockout and new key fob at the airport. The tech was late after I made an appointment at 10am with the technician and the receptionist. When he arrived all his equipment was dead. In turn he was lucky to use another locksmiths equipment nearby and gave me a UNCUT dodge RAM key for my DODGE DART after I already expressed my car needs a key fob. this is completely ILLEGAL and I also haven’t been able to lock my doors for two weeks. The technician also had a needle full of drugs fall out of his pocket. They also unscrewed a bolt to my battery and had me driving unsafe with a loose battery. Two weeks later, the key unprogrammed and I was told by NICK that he is experienced, something is wrong with my car, it’s not the key. This information was also confirmed by an official locksmith I had to call to make a key. He refused to refund my money or fix the key for free, but called me a few hours later with a “solution” to ultimately give me no solution and tell me he will not service me. They are completely unprofessional and a scam. Do not get serviced unless you want to be screwed out of your money and left stranded.
