I can’t thank Robert, Jeff and the whole team at Pride Automotive enough for what they did for my car last weekend. On my way to Dallas on a Saturday, my car stopped running and this was the only shop in the area that was willing to take my car in. If it wasn’t for them I would’ve had to wait until the weekday to get it working again to be on my way back home. When my car broke down on the side of the highway, my brother called any and every shop around to see if they could possibly help me and were turned down by all of them. When he called Pride, Robert told my brother, he would take my car if I could get it there before 12 Pm (closing time). Unfortunately getting there at 12 PM was impossible considering towing companies may or may not take longer than anticipated. He once again called Robert to explain my current situation and was told he would say until 1 pm, an hour after closing time! Thankfully this time we made it to the shop right before 1 PM. Robert had one other mechanic to help him finish the work within a few hours. I was so grateful for how kind and helpful this team was to me, not only for taking my car in but also working on it on the same day in order for me to get back on the road. During the whole process he would call me over to show me different things and to make sure I understood what was being done and what I need to make sure to do once I get back home to prevent any incidents in the future. It’s very apparent that this business is honest and they care for their customers’ safety; it’s not just about the money. I can’t say enough good things about Robert, his wife, Jeff and the whole team at Pride. If they were to move this business up to Dallas anywhere close to home for me, I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else for work and I can guarantee that.

Had my car inspected for Texas registration. License plate bulb was out. They offered to replace it. Silly me didn't ask how much. it was $40. Don't think I'll be going back.
